I think it's a javascript issue. Unfortunately you have to be logged on to see this issue, but I've make links to screenshots.
The first pic, test1.png, is of the site on a pc using FireFox. Note the box on the left marked "Suggested Stations"
The second pic, test2.png, is the same place on the same site, but the "Suggested Stations" box doesn't come up, even though it did with previous versions of OBW (prior to 3.10) .
